There's a model home in the neighborhood that is getting ready to be sold. The builders start w/ a ton of landscaping in the front, then just bulldoze over it all to put in the driveway, etc.
Instead of watching these beautiful plants/bushes be bulldozed, we got permission to dig some out. This is what I came home with--5 beautiful azaelea bushes and a bunch of pansies.
Once I get my "after" pictures off the computer, I'll post them here. I planted them in the backyard.
I'm sure Naomi, Wendy, Maria and I were quite a spectacle digging out these bushes, but too bad. We saved some (plant) lives and killed our backs in process!
